EVENT: Secrets to Making Millions

I've been looking into many different groups to join in & learn some things here and there. Recently, I came across a South-Florida-based group called Pens & Heels Business Boutique - a group lead by Latina Women. Basically, it's a group lead by women that help other women grow in many ways. I found this concept great and wanted to meet them.

Yesterday, June 30th 2018, they had a small workshop. I decided to join in so I could learn a few things and do some networking.

Heidi, the main event coordinator for Pens & Heels Business Boutique, gave everyone a good welcome. She spoke a little bit about the history of the group and, even though she was a bit nervous, she greatly explained her vision and mission with the group.

This group was founded for women, by women. It's a way to get together to learn, to network, and to grow professionally (and even as a person) along with other women in business.

I really liked the idea behind this group...

Yesterday's workshop was lead by Elsie Mendez - a very funny & inspiring Colombian business woman. I see her as a character with a strong willpower and a very spiritual way of approaching certain situations but also a funny way of approaching others. 

She focused on using Facebook as a major tool in order to engage a great audience and thrive on what you want with your business. She basically spoke about the Facebook Live tool in order to engage and make your business more human-like. She gave great tips and suggestions.

As a life & business coach, she also gave some personal inspirational tips. I really saw those suggestions as a way to better yourself as a person so you can become a better professional person and manage your business in a greater way.

It was a great Saturday afternoon full of info and great inspirational activities. I will look forward to join other upcoming events.
