It's really true that in order to reach new goals, you do have to free your hands of old things and all the junk that you may not need in life. Free your eyes so you can see better...free your ears so you can listen better...free your heart so you can forgive and love better. It's a combination of various stuff that you have to let go in order to reach new goals and better things in life.
